Noah Holdings Limited (“Noah Holdings”) and its Hong Kong licensed entity, Ark Group Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, formerly known as Noah Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (together, the “Group”), hereby issue this public notice to investors and the general public as follows:

On 20 January 2026, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (the “SFC”) included the website www.hk-noah.com in its published “Suspicious Websites / Alert List.”

According to the SFC’s public announcement, although the website claims to have an office address in Hong Kong, it does not operate or maintain any presence at the stated address, and therefore exhibits clear characteristics of a suspicious website.

As the domain name of the above-mentioned website bears similarities to the name and branding of the Group and may give rise to confusion among investors and members of the public, the Group considers it necessary to issue this clarification.

II. Clarification Regarding the Suspicious Website
The Group hereby clarifies and states that:

The website www.hk-noah.com has no relationship whatsoever with Noah Holdings, Ark Group Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated entities;

The website is not an official website of any entity within the Group, nor has it been authorized, licensed, approved, or endorsed by the Group in any manner;

Any representation suggesting an association with the Group through the use of a similar domain name or other identifiers is unauthorized and may be misleading to investors and the public.
