Noah ARK has officially joined the Family Office Association Hong Kong (FOAHK). This milestone will strengthen Noah ARK's presence in one of Asia's leading family office communities and marks a major step forward in the localization of its wider wealth ecosystem.

FOAHK is an independent industry association dedicated to driving dialogue between the family office industry, the government, and regulatory bodies in Hong Kong. The organization aims to cultivate an open, trusted, and sustainable ecosystem for the family office sector, with the goal of establishing Hong Kong as the as the leading family office hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Having operated in Hong Kong for over a decade, Noah ARK remains committed to its core philosophy of client-centricity, while continuously enhancing its service offerings in global asset allocation, family governance, and intergenerational wealth transfer. Joining FOAHK represents a strategic move to further integrate into the global family office network in line with the firm's vision of "localized globalization" in wealth management.

Amidst ongoing global structural shifts and evolving asset allocation paradigms, Noah ARK will leverage FOAHK's professional network and international platform to actively participate in industry dialogue, contribute to regulatory and market environment enhancements, and support Hong Kong's rise as Asia's premier family office hub.

Rooted in Hong Kong, Connected Globally

Following its membership approval, Noah ARK hosted its first event at its Hong Kong office, bringing together over 50 professionals from the family office and wealth management industries. The gathering offered a platform for in-depth discussion on the evolution and future of family wealth management.

Mr. Grant Pan | CFO of Noah Holdings and CEO of ARK Hong Kong

Mr. Grant Pan, CFO of Noah Holdings and CEO of ARK Hong Kong, delivered opening remarks at the event. He remarked, "Joining FOAHK is not only a meaningful step toward ecosystem integration for Noah ARK, but also a key milestone in our long-term commitment to Hong Kong and global connectivity. We will continue to leverage Hong Kong's openness, diversity, and international reach, and collaborate with FOAHK and fellow industry participants to promote the professionalization, standardization, and globalization of the family office sector. We look forward to sharing our deep expertise, practical experience, and global network with the community."

Professor Bonnie Leung | Programme Director for the Master of Family Wealth Management programme at the University of Hong Kong

Professor Bonnie Leung, Programme Director for the Master of Family Wealth Management programme at the University of Hong Kong, also spoke at the event. In her keynote speech, she emphasized, "Family wealth management goes far beyond a simple combination of investment and tax planning. It is, at its core, a dialogue across generations—about values and beliefs. To be an exceptional family wealth advisor, one must first understand a family's historical narrative, cultural foundations, and belief system. Only then can financial strategies be meaningfully aligned with the family's vision, values, and legacy goals. As we enter a new era of massive intergenerational wealth transfer, technical competence and cultural literacy are equally essential. This dual capability defines the core competitiveness of the next-generation family advisor."

As one of the preferred wealth management platforms for global Chinese clients, Noah ARK views its admission into FOAHK as an opportunity to further advance its strategy of "localized globalization." Noah ARK remains focused on refining its domestic capabilities while scaling its international presence to better serve the evolving needs of high-net-worth Chinese families around the world. Looking ahead, Noah ARK will continue to embrace an open and collaborative approach by aggregating top-tier global resources, driving strategic evolution, and creating lasting value for the global family office ecosystem in this new era.

Building Thought Leadership Through Global Dialogue

Joining FOAHK also lays a solid foundation for one of the firm's most important global initiatives this year. On August 1, Noah ARK will host the Noah's ARK Global Chinese Wealth Management and Inheritance Summit, along with the Noah Global Symphony Tour, in Singapore. This flagship event serves as a key platform for supporting the high-quality development of the family office industry.

The summit will bring together leading global thinkers, investors, economists, and family office representatives for in-depth discussions on themes such as intelligent wealth, macro policy, and intergenerational legacy. As Noah ARK's first annual global IP summit for global Chinese wealth management, the event is designed to foster an international dialogue that bridges geographies, generations, and the gap between strategic vision and practical execution. It aims to create a shared space for knowledge resonance, resource exchange, and long-term value building for Chinese high-net-worth families worldwide.

In an increasingly uncertain global environment, Noah ARK firmly believes that a resilient family office must be equipped with three essential capabilities: antifragility, an international governance perspective, and a generational mindset. Beyond managing wealth, family offices should also serve as catalysts for doing good, blending wisdom with warmth to co-create value that is both intelligent and human centered.

We warmly invite you to join us in Singapore for this forward-thinking gathering of minds. Together, we will explore new dimensions of cognitive structure, family wisdom, and life philosophy, helping shape the evolving architecture of intergenerational legacy.
