Recently, Ark Wealth Management Singapore Pte Ltd, together with its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Noah” or “we”), became aware that certain individuals have fraudulently impersonated our company to conduct scam activities.

Our investigation indicates that the primary modus operandi involves an individual in Singapore, who identifies himself or is referred to as Joshua Lee, falsely claiming to represent Noah or its related personnel. Under the guise of so‑called “investment projects,” he has allegedly induced victims to participate in investments through means such as cash deposits.

Noah takes this matter extremely seriously. We have immediately initiated internal compliance and risk review procedures, advised affected individuals to report the matter to the police, and will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating and combating such fraudulent activities in accordance with the law.

To prevent clients and members of the public from being misled or suffering potential losses, we hereby solemnly declare that:
The individual mentioned above and any purported “investment projects” associated with him have no connection whatsoever with Noah. Members of the public are strongly advised not to believe such claims to avoid being defrauded.

Within the Noah Group, the only officially authorized online platform for placing investment orders and conducting transactions is the “iARK SG” App.
Any URL, link, platform or application other than the “iARK SG” App that claims to represent Noah for investment execution or fund operations is unauthorized and fraudulent.

We also remind investors to remain vigilant and exercise caution against potential scams, including but not limited to:

·Not trusting unsolicited phone calls, emails or online messages from unknown sources;

·Not disclosing personal or family identification details, bank account information, card details or contact information to unfamiliar individuals or entities;

·Not transferring funds to unknown accounts or scanning QR codes from unidentified sources.
